Championing Gender Equity in Our Industries

Industries and businesses around the globe are looking at new ways to support gender parity and equity—whether through more diverse teams, setting KPIs for hiring, or bringing attention to unconscious bias and challenges in developing opportunities. Heather Granato, vice president of partnerships and sustainability, Informa Markets Food EMEA, is the founding president of Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN), a non-profit established in 2022 to achieve economic and social equity to change the global nutraceutical industry. She will share insights on the ideation, development and launch of the organization, and then discuss Informa’s partnership, including developing a robust program through events and media, with Danica Cullins, SVP of SupplySide.
